Etsy Seller: Manage Your Shop

I like a lot Etsy

In the past months top 5 stars reviews come 4 stars, and this badly affects the seller shop rating! Customers have to use browsers to acces the rating and change it to 5 stars. Please fix this ASAP because this is not a mirror glitch.

WE DON'T LIKE THE NEW APP!!! NO SELLER DOES! THE OLD APP IS WAY BETTER AND THE NEW APP IS SLOW, HAS MANY GLITCHES AND IT'S NOT LIKE THE OLD APP! WHY CAN'T YOU LEAVE THE OLD APP ALONE FOR SELLERS TO USE ALSO?? WHY ARE YOU FORCING SELLERS TO USE SOMETHING THAT HAS HUGE GLITCHES AND MISSING SO MANY THINGS???? LEAVE THE OLD ALONE AND LET SELLERS CHOOSE WHICH INE THEY PREFFER!

Very slow and it takes a long time to load a new page. With the old app it takes less than a second to open the app and navigate to orders tab, however in this one as I timed it takes more than 5 seconds. The app does not save my preferences on the order’s filters and every single time I have to tap “newest” to see the newest order and when I close/open the app it goes back to “ship by date”. Also everything seems to be mixed up as there are no lines to separate texts or tabs. In general it has more features than the previous app but the user experience is not a pleasant one, I’d rather wait go home and open the website on my laptop instead.

I’ve been selling on Etsy for 4 years and while the old app wasn’t perfect, this one has less functionality than the browser ( minus the notifications ). I really want to use it but for now I’ve uninstalled it and will keep using the old one for the little time that it has left. I’ve submitted a ticket to Etsy but I doubt I’ll see any of the features I’ve suggested ( some which have been a given for years )

So frustrating!!! No order receipts or shipping labels can be printed from the app at all anymore. It says to contact Etsy support. Etsy support was zero help as their solution was “just don’t use the app, use a desktop” 🤦🏼‍♀️

Since update can’t print orders or packing slips via phone or iPad. Trying to use browser and it opens the app and of course can’t print from app so have to delete the app, use browser to print then reinstall app for other functions of app - of course can’t reach any help at Etsy either about the problem :(

We set up my shop, and less than 24 hours later it got permanently suspended for no reason. We still had to pay the fees to set it up. We’re not gonna be able to get a refund for the $30 we spent on set up. Awful app, 100% do NOT recommend.

Stupid app would not let me sign into my Etsy account I was trying to start a online business and it just kept saying no account or no shop I give it 1 star
