Able to see journey but not book them. If you can somehow book them, you have to have printer access (if you book direct with the train companies and indicate your eurail pass sometimes you don’t need to print etc.) Very poor support - excuse is there are 33 countries so they can’t be expected to know. That is literally one of the things being paid for
Mobile pass has disappeared completely from the app in the middle of our trip. No way to add it back as we just get an error message. Can’t get any help to fix the issue due to the non existent customer service. Spent over $1000 on a month long pass and only got 11 days use out of it before it disappeared from the app.
I am getting an issue with adding my pass to the app so I can activate it. I’ve tried to contact over a week ago and haven’t had a response. My first trip is coming up in 2 days and at this rate I’m going to have to buy a seperate ticket for the trip costing me more!
Hey team, I’m also still getting an issue where trips are not being added to the mytrips screen, I get the orange banner when tapping add but then there’s no trips in there when I navigate to the my trips screen :(
Excellent to use and very user friendly.This app. Has been very well thought out.
Only thing that could be better is if you could reserve seats on the app and have the option for real time train updates using wifi or data.
Not quite user friendly for me. I guess it is pretty straight forward with looking at train timetable and destination, however it's hard to keep track on the history of the history of the search - perhaps saved trip plan? Or i just couldn't find it.
Should have a directly link to reservation if the train needs.
The app was awesome for planning every trip that you make with your eurail pass, it has all of the intercity routes and timetables. Just wish there was a booking section for the reservation only trains. And the terminals that the trains will leave from
Haven't been travelling yet, but so easy to use and invaluable help with my planning!
