Best little helper ever
I love this little helper vac. I set her to go off after our most in and out times and she just gets right to work. Saves me a ton of time and makes it easier for me to get to my other task.
App update slow, 1 device sign in only
They only allow you to sign in to a single device at a time which is super annoying. The account sharing is not the answer here, my iPad doesn’t need a separate email address. The app takes a while to update while cleaning and sometimes requires force close. The app on iPad is like the early 2000s when it would display iPhone size on iPad screen. Definitely not modern. The visual appearance is nice overall.
J15 pro ultra
This vac/mop is amazing. Worth every penny with 3dogs it gets every last bit of hair. I couldn’t be more pleased with this one.

You’ll be pleasantly surprised how great this robovac app is.
Child lock
Everything seems great except it constantly turns the child lock setting off. Have no idea why but I keep having to turn it back on every few days. Extremely annoying.

App not working so well with j20
The app is not saving scheduled cleanings and keep resetting back to default setting under the robot settings. I’ve built a map and labeled it all only to open the app and it revert back to the map and it not being labeled. The app and j20 need some updates to work better together.
Love it
It is so amazing sometimes I would act kind of stupid but here and there it is amazing and I just got it set it up immediately on the app and the app is great. I love it and I love using the voice control stuff so thank you. I got it as a PR package so Yeah they let me test it out. Thank you.
Love this app
This was a well thought out app in today’s age. A lot of apps are not really well thought out.
