The app doesn’t allow for me to schedule appointments at my salon. It says there are no available specialists and you can only schedule one service at a time. The app is very helpful and easier to connect with than the local salons via phone. Please fix

I can never check in. Location is on and it has never worked in the 2 years I’ve been coming here. Otherwise I like that I can schedule and cancel through the app.

The app logged me out one day and I haven’t been able to reset it since. I’ve tried to reset my password multiple times over months and it never sends me a verification code. I even checked to make sure it was the correct email with the receptionist. This app is pointless if you can never log in.

New App upgrade has issues when booking a Brazilian and add ins, only schedules you for the add ons not the Brazilian.

The App doesn’t allow for user to schedule more than one service per appointment booking. Also, it doesn’t always show booked appointments; it’s hit or miss. Not worth using if these things aren’t working and reliable :((

Just updated my app and now it won’t allow me to schedule appointments. I had no issues before but now, it won’t let me get past scheduling a time and then it glitches.

I have been going to European Wax for years, and I used the app in the beginning. Now it is useless. It never shows my appointments, rewards, or passes. They say it’s because I have 2 accounts, but they won’t let me edit or delete an account in order to fix it.

The app is easy to use for scheduling; however, a big improvement would be allowing for the removal passes on the active screen that are all used. Even though passes don’t expire, it doesn’t make sense to still list “active” passes with 0 (zero) passes left to use on this screen. It’s a bit confusing to have to scroll to find the pass that is truly active and has passes available for use.

App no longer fully loads to be able to use it, just a continuous spinning wheel of death. Useless

app allows people to book appointments that aren’t actually available then they get overbooked. i love the idea of the app and the convenience, but it needs work.
