I really do not understand why someone would think automatically changing volume from 0 to ~30% whenever a user plays a video is remotely acceptable. Let the user decide if they want to also hear the sound or just watch muted, we are perfectly capable of handling the volume ourselves, thank you. This annoying feature makes this app almost unusable. And it's so unnecessary!

this app is one big problem… and not just app, the website as well. how can you insert ads for users with paid membership?! i have never seen something like this before. right now i’m trying to watch wimbledon and the whole app is just completely useless, i press play on match and screen remains black. wtf? literally wtf…

stupidiest app ever made and i would have given zero stars if possible. there was very good app to watch eurosport, which was discontinued last year, so all clients had to switch to this stupid garbage. navigation is not intuitive, and everything mixed up. beyond stupid is when you want to watch e.g. stage of TdF in the evening (as i dont sit in front of tv during the day) and you open the app and first thing you see is picture of the winner with raised hands at the finish line. this is next level of spoilers. no need to watch anymore. and is i want play it via phone, i get “video is not available in your country”. when i click “more informatin” im informed that all videos are available across EU. and when i play it on ipad, video is available. ridiculous user unfriendly spoiler app. and most stupid about that is the fact that previous app was very good. everytime i use it it pokes me to cancel my subscribtion.

This is absolutely a bad replacement for the Player app. (1) there is only a 7 day history calendar comparing to several weeks in the Player app! (2) it is not possible to continue to watch a replay from where I stopped watching it in the player (TV) or on the webpage. Sorry, but this is a huge disappointment comparing to the player app which you decided to retire! :( Bring back the Player app!

If you dont have all the features you had in player you shouldnt cancel it. I cant search for specific match in this app which is big problem

Hi! Cancelling sub after one month. Because there is no webOS app for LG, I am trying to use my iPhone X and iPad 2019… and the experience with Airplay is terrible: 1. Connection failed. I’ve tried many times, both devices. Sometimes, I am lucky, but… 2. Freezing and/or loading after the connection is successful - so it is unwatchable. I am very sorry for this review. The problem is not my network, not my tv - other apps are working without any problems on the same devices, and on the same network. Thank you for listening!

this app does not work on Apple TV which is a giant step backwards, the old Eurosportplayer app worked great on Apple TV but will be sunset in July 2022. Unsubscribed from Eurosport.
