Terrible experience …
Just lost all my booking history on the app … This app is so bad !!!
App
When selecting departure time of your ticket it doesn’t tell you how early you need to arrive. Only after purchasing it says 90 minutes and so on. I’m a first time traveler on this train and I had no idea. And I cannot make it there before 90 minutes.. a warning before ticket purchase would have prompted me to book a later train. Please improve it

Glitchy app
Doesn’t let me book a trip at the original price I wanted due to “technical error, try again later”. I submit a complaint form online and never get a confirmation that it was created. Contact customer service and they say they can’t do anything despite me having a screenshot of the error. Fix your app and people wouldn’t be calling or complaining as much. Part 2: just tried booking another train ticket through the app, had a ticket in my cart and then the app glitched out and when I went to go purchase again the prince went up !! And it would give me an error to make the booking even when my details were right. HORRIBLE APP

Inadequate info
Email with tickets contains ticket number. App requests booking reference! Not user friendly not having info presented in one place!
Train cancelled due to weather.
We are a family of 5 and our train from Amsterdam to London was cancelled due to weather. We have been trying for several days to get assistance and request a refund. We had to rent a car and drive to Brussels to make our next destination a day late. The app itself is circular with information and no solutions or formal communication about how to reconcile this issue. Very frustrating!
Booking doesn’t show up on mobile on on laptop
Why?
App crashes endlessly
Can’t access tickets thru app. Can’t save tickets to Apple wallet.
