EV Plug In

I downloaded the app for use on 3 visits a year I make to Ireland. The registration procedure is misleading and hard to understand. On registration £20 was taken out from my linked account and then £4.99 taken from that figure. I thought this amount was for a card I ordered and linked to my Bank Account. It was not! It was for a monthly subscription. On looking through the app no Chargers were shown which made the app pointless. I reported this to Customer Relations and to their credit they refunded the full amount and my account was closed.

so According to this piece of **** there are no charge points in Harrogate UK and no charge points in Manchester UK LAUGHABLE WASTE OF TIME

Painful design - suggests pay as you go available but then forces a £10 payment up front before you even know if you will be able to get on the charger. All other networks will at least allow you to set up an account in advance. Instead you have to enter all details when you get to charger as a guest.

This is ridicules

I just used this service for the first time and with no warning, either in the app on the charge station, I was charged £8 for being in the bay for 1h 5m. I was charging my car to 80% and had no idea that I could only remain for 60 mins without a penalty. What a rip off. I spoke to their customer services who said it’s in the Ts&Cs … which basically means it’s hidden in a load of long winded legal wording as opposed to being upfront about it. So angry!

For a full charge it always take two hours or 1 and a half hours . however, the apps sometimes let you know it’s vacant, but when you reach there somebody else is on the machine. It need to be faster with updating who is on the charging point.

You guys are rip off

Suddenly last week the charger didn’t want contactless payment. Now the app can’t find its server and I’m unable to charge my car. Poor service, poor app (for it no longer functions).

Title says it all. Cant wait for tesla to bring their own superchargers closer to me so I don't have to deal with other providers’ rubbish service.

Hasn’t worked since it was updated. It worked well without issue before please sort it out
