Event Tickets Plus

Contento con el servicio web pero debe mejorar en el detalle de los tickets. Necesito saber la hora a la que tickan los qr al igual que mejorar el enfoque de la cámara a la hora de escanear. La app en si va lenta, pero con esos dos detalles mejoraría bastante. Gracias de antemano

I was able to open the app once today, and every attempt since has stopped me from getting past the boot logo. Is there a way this could be addressed? This was a primary reason for purchasing this license

Scans consistently so it will claim attendee is already checked in if you miss the 0.2 seconds that the successful scan notification flashes on the screen. Very hard to confirm a successful scan. No attended information displays. I can’t imagine under what circumstance this is more helpful than finding a name on a list. It doesn’t confirm anything and tells you nothing.

Restarting the app sometimes make it work but usually it just says “already checked in” but the ticket stay unchecked.

Crashes when trying to open the app. I’ve deleted & re-installed, made sure my iOS was up to date, and it still won’t run. Runs on my friend’s old iPhone, but won’t check in tickets. Pretty bad!

Please let us see an attendees list right in the app per event would be so awesome for people that might have lost there tickets so we can quickly look it up and find them in the list that they have not checked in yet.

Perfect for checking into people into events super quickly

We had poor signal strength at the front door of our venue, so we couldn’t use the app to check anyone in. Fortunately we had a list of ticket buyers names to use instead. It would be GREAT if the app had some sort of offline mode including a list of ticket purchasers.

Good app but at times there is not enough light to scan the QR code.
