Eventzilla

While it worked for the majority of convention attendees (75%), it said it recognized my email and registration, but never showed me the event or schedule. Tried several times to reinstall (even after an update) with no better success. My last attempt said My password was incorrect and then said “there was an error” and never sent me a reset email. Tech support was pretty responsive over email, but kept telling me to do things I already. Finally sent me a reset code via email but the convention was half over by then.

The app is easy to navigate and has a clean format for attendees to engage and select their sessions. Overall positive experience so far.

Lot of bad events apps, this one takes the cake

If you are an event organizer, do not use this application or vendor. Its login process for attendees is disjointed, null errors abound, error messaging is awful, and they clearly didn’t build this with proper microservices that can scale, to even a few hundred users. My advice: use someone and something else. Do not waste your time, or reputation on your event, by using this.

I’ve confirmed my email address but it doesn’t work.

The app says my email is not recognized, yet I’m able to log in from the website. Totally worthless!

Couldn’t sign in. I would enter my email and then there was no way to get to the “Proceed” button. Hitting “return” on the keyboard just added a new line under my email address. There is no button to hide the keyboard either.

The organizer app works but what about the recommended app for attendees? This app crashes when it launches so it doesn’t even start. Based on previous review it’s been this way for 8 months. Why no updates?

The app won’t even open on my phone. Supposed to use this for a corporate event and it doesn’t work. I assume it’s my combo of phone version and iOS version. Please fix your bugs.

App crashes immediately upon opening. I’ve restarted my device, deleted & reinstalled the app, restarted my device again, and nothing works. Useless. The Eventzilla Organizer app works fine, so not sure what’s up there.
