The website PUBLISHED return policy states that if the customer is not happy with a purchase, they can return at their expense for a refund. I have been requesting return instructions AND a return address for over a week or more. I have tried calling. NO RESPONSE, NO REPLIES. Buyers beware!
I purchased this wig and it is not the way it was promoted and advertised. I am a little disappointed in this product.
First of all I love the quality of the hair. The price for this hair is excellent. I have spent a lot of money on hair that was absolutely garbage and I must say I am so thankful for your hair. It looks very natural. I receive so many compliments. Once again thank you
