App Issue logging in
Poor very poor using require new password no link received by email to set up . Can’t log in absolutely rubbish

I have had to either log in online and download the old app as this doesn’t let me long in

App frequently logs me out or the QR codes sometimes don’t work with gym barriers.

Another version, and another failure. unable to login so it’s worse than useless because now I’m frustrated and annoyed.

Cant get into my account i tried to reset my password and its not working no email is coming throigh

Can’t create a new account or login to my existing one when I try to reset my password no emails come through, terrible app… Can’t use the champion benefits now.

The app is still pretty basic and could be more app centric with alerts for bookings straight in the app. It’s a shame the Sunderland gym wasn’t updated as often. The floor mats and changing room seats haven’t been updated in 15 years, before Everlast took over.
