I log in any time on a web browser with my email and password. This won’t let me log in and prompts me saying the account doesn’t exist or that I’m typing the wrong username or password. 0 stars

The password reset function never works, making it impossible to access your account and pay your bill. They won’t allow you to set up auto pay over the phone. All the Eversource newsletters go to my email, so I know I’m using the correct one, but the password reset email fails to send every, single, time.

App shows erroneous amount due. Website shows correct amount. This started in early 2024.

Cant log in to pay my bill… never had a problem until recently.

This app worked perfectly, but now i cannot log in with my credentials. However, they work perfectly fine on the website.

The new update made this app utterly useless. All you can do is view your bill and make a payment and that’s it. The old app used to let you change address and do a multitude of other things. Whoever made the corporate decision to simplify the app should be demoted. Makes my life much more inconvenient. I hope they fix it.

I am on vacations and i am unable to pay bill outside USA

Payment function on current version on iOS 16.6.1 broken. Asks if you want to logout versus selecting account. Maybe Mobil api issue? Works on web app.

Generally a good app, I’ve linked several properties/ accounts, I can check the bill and pay easily. While I have given each payment account a nickname, I can only see the nicknames when editing each payment option. Otherwise it’s never shown to you. Not very useful. Want to pay a bill? You better have memorized the last 4 digits of your account numbers, there is no way to see what bank or what nickname you gave. If you have just one payment method you won’t care and you are all set.

Leave it up to the stooges who run Eversource to schedule maintenance in my community during a heat wave in July when the temperatures are in the mid 90’s. In order to perform the maintenance, the electricity needed to be shut off for 5 hours. When I checked their outage map for my neighborhood, they said less than 5 customers were without electricity which is clearly a lie because my entire neighborhood was without electricity and my neighborhood has many more than 5 customers. They couldn’t do this maintenance in May when the temperatures were in the low 70’s?? The idiots who run this company should be fired.
