On the iPad, it will not turn sideways

I love the way they help me with my Checking Account and Home Banking. When I need something done it’s Dana Fisher who helps me at “346 West Cleveland Road Granger, Indiana 46530!”

App and website hasn’t worked for weeks. Doesn’t give correct amounts and information. This credit union got taken over by a marketing department that ran it into the ground costumer service wise.

A full black dark mode would be greatly Preferable

Longtime TCU members. The switch to Everwise was a mistake, leave while you can to find another credit union. This one sold out its members.

Your app malfunctions and now I can’t access my account. I did not make any mistakes, your app did. Fix it. I am not changing anything about my login info. If it not fixed, I will file a lawsuit. And no you’re not justifying anything by turning it around on me.

I am thoroughly satisfied by the service of this Credit Union. The application seems to be working very well in most instances. As well as the local branches & call lines are very friendly & work hard to find & answer any & all questions I have in regards to my financial needs. I would definitely recommend this institution over any other local Credit Union in the Midwest!!! & I always recommend banking with & at a Credit Union.

Unable to add an external account in the app. Shows it’s verified and connected but then I hit NEXT and it just sits there and does nothing.

Haven’t been able to check my account for 2 days with one of those being on payday. This happens multiple times. When it was all TCU app never had any issues. I have been a member since the 90’s and never been so frustrated since the merge of Everwise. It is starting to become a joke. Please fix the app so members can check accounts and pay bills
