I’m unable to go past getting logged on. App pops up with settings that cannot be gotten rid of. I’ve brought this to the attention of Hermann and still not fixed!

Good lord, where do I begin with this app? The website seems to be a little better (which is crazy) , it’s always updating, and it’s a terrible way to communicate with your medical providers. You might as well save yourself the trouble and either call the facility or drive down there. Better use of your time than trying to figure this app out.

This app is so horrible my health deteriorated dramatically just by trying to use this app for 5 minutes. This app literally trying to kill me by raising my blood pressure to a dangerously high level.

Don’t even bother downloading this app. It doesn’t work as it doesn’t go past the “building your experience” part. For as much as they charge our insurance companies they should have enough to get an app that at least works. Trash.

Works on laptop but this app downloaded for IPhone just doesn’t work. Crashes while asking for notification settings. Just freezes, reloaded the app, same thing. Awful.

Unable to access my lab results to give to my doctor because the connect records page “doesn’t exist” . So now I’m gonna have to pay for the exact same labs, because they are unable to fax it to him in a timely manner.

Cannot access anything because I cannot get past the “Building Your Experience” part. This seems to be an ongoing issue that has not been resolved.

Yep! The bad reviews for this App are well deserved. Only spinning setting up display after multiple attempts to sign on with iPad, with OS 17.4.1. Luckily I was told they are dumping this lame app and moving to My Chart soon. About time…. Lol!
