This place charges you a crazy price for little to no food when you receive it. I will never waste my money and time there again.
I’m not using any search options. Have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it will not recognize any nearby locations
I (have) to use the app to order lunch. As with other apps, when you open it, it often immediately asks for a review. When I decline, it then asks me more questions about how long I want to skip reviewing and why. The above has been going on for months if not years. It’s a waste of my time. Stop monetizing me. If I had a choice between the app and ordering in person, I’d never use the app again solely because of this constant review dialog.
Awful app, it constantly denies apply pay & shows a message - Order Unsuccessful. Despite trying with multiple cards within Apple Pay I’m facing this issue for a while.
Ever since I got an iPhone16 this app only opens on my phone about 30% of the time. It just perpetually loads, rendering it useless. Tried deleting and re-downloading several times and it doesn’t make a difference .
App will work great for weeks; but I am getting lots of experience uninstalling then reinstalling phone applications. Then the pain of re-entering all your details. If there was another option, I would use the other option.
App is great when it works. I now always get the error “you are not permitted to perform this action” when trying to use the QR code to pay. I’ve tried deleting my account, deleting/reinstalling the app, using different cards—nothing.

My college dining hall uses this to show the menu and I absolutely hate it. Every time I open the app it opens to a broken page that looks like someone messed up the app design and forgot to finish this page so I have to close the app completely and reopen it. Literally the worst.
