After last update my app will not open, my membership card is on their 😩

Please fix ASAP!!!

Downloaded new version and app will now not open. Can’t find anywhere else to get support on this have looked on website etc but nothing can be found. Use this app most days of week so essential to be working

For a while now I’ve been unable to monitor my children’s swimming progress. Both children are after different centres and while the stage shows correctly initially, once I click ‘view progress’ it will show the stage below with ‘unable to progress this learner, this learner has incomplete objectives in their current stage’. The attendance has also stopped showing.

It’s an okay app. It does the job. I’ve had some issues with things like the induction course updating to Everyone Active. Also, can we please have Apple Watch functionality added? I want to display my membership QR code on my watch to scan into the gym. I’d like to leave my phone at home when I go to the gym, and just bring my watch, but I need it to scan in.

Terrible. Won’t allow payment. Says ‘contact leisure centre to pay’. They have no idea what’s wrong and warn over-the-counter parents will soon be stopped.

An option to select a venue/centre from a map view of the UK would be great.

I am very sad there is no opportunity to buy 20 tickets at a discounted price. Having to buy a membership & book ahead is not helpful to those that have to be away for work last minute or have caring responsibilities again last minute and away from home.

Hard to find sessions in an easy way

Worst app I have ever come across, completely overloaded with information, impossible to y go ind what you are looking for and ultimately most impossible to completely a booking. Have wasted so much time trying to make a simple booking.User experience absolutely dreadful.
