Zero app support

I’m a new member and paid for 3 x PT sessions, been told to book on this app. Log in credentials don’t work despite countless password resets. Now can’t even book a PT 🤣🤣

Can’t log in

Gave the same password that works for everyone active but it says it’s incorrect. No contact details to report the bug.

Fraud by this app you will lose your money

This PT Everyone Active App and the Moberly centre has been the worst customer experience I have encountered I booked a personal training session online with one of the gyms permanent members of staff The app took £65 from me The gym trainer was not there and did not show up Nobody at the centre could help me on the day despite talking with 3 members of staff there to. Help customers. They did not offer me a refund or indeed any compensation for wasting my Saturday morning I have since emailed the gym manager three times and called the Moberly centre 3 times I have not been given a refund This is illegal and is the worst customer experience I have ever had Do not use this PT app or the Moberly gym

Can’t even get past log in 😂

What use is an app if it won’t even let you log on?! All my log in credentials are correct so really not understanding the issue. My advice : if you want a PT, go to your nearest EA centre. Useless app.

Awful. Cannot log in.

I’ve recently become a member of everyone active. Now trying to book PT sessions, paid for them which all went smoothly. Now I can’t even log into the app to book them. Changed password multiple times, just keeps saying “email or password is invalid” Never ever had such an issue with an app before.

Enjoying my PT Sessions with Clinton

Absolutely great sessions. 30mins very focussed, intense strength training. Clinton is hugely knowledgeable. Planning to continue for the foreseeable future. Well worth the money.

So I have worked with Dom at Godalming center and he’s so good at showing me new techniques and things to help my muscles grow , he has great knowledge and always give advice on what I should and should not be doing ,, he is a asset to your gym !

Julia is a very knowledgeable & experienced PT she is helping me with a wrist injury. Feel very confident in her teaching me about the gym equipment.
