I enjoy using this app to see my little boy’s progress at nursery. There is one really frustrating thing, though: not being able to scroll through photos when they are maximised on the screen! Please fix this to improve user experience!

Great app. Is there a way to enable notifications?
Repeated Login Error
Every time I try to login to this app to view my child’s update from nursery, I’m told my session has expired and to try logging in again. Repeat infinity. I cannot access any updates as I am continuously told my session has expired. It is incredibly frustrating and very disappointing to be missing out on these updates.
Deeply disappointing
For the amount of money a school is paying to use this system the app is horrifyingly amateur.
It’s slow, fumbly, and ignores basic UX/UI considerations. It’s something I’d expect a high school IT class to produce on a short deadline.
Little to no refinement of design, handling of images is atrocious (which is awful for a system predicated on sharing visual *evidence*), response is slow. There needs to be a complete overhaul of this app to make it function if they expect to last more than a few more years.
Management of a parent’s account and profile should be entirely in the hands of the parent/caregiver, not the school. Uploading a profile image to identify the parent should be possible in app (and even though it’s only available through web it doesn’t work!), many of the top level options in the settings are irrelevant or ‘set once’ considerations and shouldn’t be where they are.
Cannot imagine how this company managed to secure the contracts they have other than absence of competition with sufficient ISO certification to obtain public sector tender.
Crashes
Constantly crashes when refreshing every single time I use it, has been the same on my last two brand new iPhones.
Not working
This app was brilliant, so nice to too the kids at school enjoying activities but recently it has become very slow an non responsive.
Unable to clock in the observations and if by some miracle it opens the observation it just freezes
Is there a fox for this ?
Not user friendly
We have two accounts (one for each parent) with observations for our child. Frustratingly, we don’t see each other’s observations. It’s impossible to rename your profile, so if you have both parents signed in one phone, you will end up with two accounts, both named “parent”.
App crashes at random times.

Please Add Notifications Option
Pretty appalling set of priorities if an app has developed an “enable left hand” feature but not yet got round to allowing parents to be notified when a teacher posts an update. 🤯
Please get the basics right first - if you could fix this feature I will write the best app review you’ve ever seen!
