Had a horrid time after a rugby injury to my shoulder and this app was perfect for helping me not only recover quicker, but understand how to keep my body in great condition

Evio Recovery is the first of its kind, healthcare application to help you along your recovery journey. Evio contains a vast library of workouts and exercises for you to choose from to help you with whatever you're looking for. Filter by session type, body part to focus on or sport or injury specific to find the exercises you need. Whether your looking for rehabilitation, mobility, strength or stretching workouts to name a few, Evio has you covered.
Each workout will tell you exactly how long it'll take, what equipment you'll need and the benefits of each exercise. Once you've completed a workout, save how difficult it was to compare it to previous sessions and track your progress over time to keep you motived on your recovery.
Registered Practitioners can create their own exercises and sessions, which can then be assigned to your patients to make it easier than ever to help your patients on their recovery. Track your patients progress over time and see who is complying to their regime, and who is not adhering to their given sessions.
