Metrics leave much to be desired. Unfortunately, this app doesn’t do much other than give a slider to set the charging amperage limit (weird that that’s on the home screen and not in the settings) and display live amperage/voltage. The charging history graphs are pretty worthless and don’t tell you anything other than monthly totals. Why did someone think it was a good idea to put in a bar graph with no labels or ability to click days?! I don’t think anyone wants a weird conceptual graph of their usage, just give an option to break it down by day and hour (at a minimum!) and get real data.

Connecting to wifi was quick and easy. So far everything is working great.

Charger functions satisfactorily. With no expectations for the app, I’ve experienced no surprises.

Good things first. - App works and does it job i;e controlling the charger. - Has features that I was looking for such as adjustable charge rate and adjustable charger rate per schedule. - Notifications are timely and accurate. - Charge and cost data is accurate. Now some improvements I would suggest. - Redesign the UI pls, you can use flo’s app UI as an example. - App is sometimes unresponsive and flaky might be minors bugs here and there will be great to prioritize them and fix. - Sometimes inaccurate charge state information, again minor issue. - Notifications are repetitive sometimes, same notification is sent multiple times, may be summarize the information and send one notification. I love the unit, the app and it’s capabilities, give a bit of cosmetic upgrade to both the unit and the app, your sales will be off the roof 😊. Don’t reinvent just use existing designs and improvise 😉😉

On occasion a scheduled charge will complete without a record of how many kWh were dispensed. The chart just shows empty for that day. One star since it’s pretty essential functionality; so useless.

How does this app keep getting worse? Session information now removed. Can’t get single day information. I’ll definitely try another company for my next charger despite the actual charger seeming to perform well.

Great home charger. Sturdy construction, long cord, easy to use. The charge time is faster than other Level 2 chargers I’ve used. Initially I couldn’t pair the app to the unit. Since a contractor installed my unit, I didn’t know that pairing the app takes place during the first 15 minutes after unit is turned on. I contacted customer service and got a fast response with the instructions: reboot charge unit and follow instructions on app. Everything then connected easily. I considered many different options for my EV charger and am happy with this purchase. It is a solid unit that charges well, sleek modern design, easy to use, handy app - and costs a bit less than some others I was considering.

My new EVIQO charger refuses to connect with my home WiFi so I can't install the app. The Google Nestgear point is less than 15' from the charger and there is no wall between them yet the charger is unable to connect. Without the app all the extra charger features are worthless.
