I’m happy with this app the only thing that’s confusing is the damage report part identifying the locations that have already been reported

Back in the day I gave this company my email address and a created a password. That was all I did. No credit card, no house address, license, record check… just my email address and a password. That was 2019. Never used EVO CAR SHARE. 2022 I emailed them to have my account deleted (if I even had one). The reply was that I owed then $4.48 as an annual fee. Until I paid them they wouldn’t delete my account, and would add $2 every year. Do you know why I’m not longer an EVO CARSHARE member? Because I contacted Ad Standards Canada, informing them that a company was acting unethically by hiding FEES under the guise of a ‘FREE’ membership. I’m no longer a member because the DEI Woke teenagers working at EVO needed to hear it from an office in Ottawa that $2/year is not free, and that false advertising is NOT FAIR. Evo lost. I won.

your sign up page is cut off and I couldn’t proceed

Not happy that I have to log back in at inopportune times.

Logs out periodically and then doesnt save login info - this has been a problem for literally years. So annoying in rainy Vancouver when trying to book cars I don’t know how many times. Now Trying to update license info but won’t allow me to.

Much easier registration than Mood, though ideally home zone could be expanded

The product itself is amazing, great concept. However the app could use a little work. Including the map functionality. The map is static, which makes navigating to the cars somewhat more difficult than it would be if the map would would with the user like a compass. The button to unlock the car might be considered to be better placed on the app also, so it isn’t so easy to be mistakenly tapped.

Smelled like weed , mirrors wouldn’t adjust
