Hi tech team, why i cant log in for the first time? I’’ using iphone 13 pro max and this games cannot log in to play (failed log in). Why??

Once you reach a certain point you need to pay for the full version to progress further but other than that, this game is very fun.

Good game but one major problem
After I beat the first gym the games asks me to rate the game and when I do I can’t move or click any buttons and this happens every time even when I go back and try stain. So I can’t get past the first gym. Please just remove the asking to rate it until I finish the game because if I played that long to finish the game then I probably have good thoughts about it.
