The game is, really enjoyable to play. Unfortunately, I’m unable to make any in-app purchases, which is the only drawback.

Amazing game I played it on a whimp and got hooked for the next 3 month and my complain isI used to play this game on android before I found out I can play it on apple but when I tried to login there was no option to play the previously account bounded to my gmail I spent a lot of time on it and don’t want to loose but I am being semi forced to play a new guest account so plz if anyone have any solution dm me on Reddit at u/Farhanplayze

I played this game a lot when it first came out, and decided to give it another shot. I was having fun again but after this last update I am unable to switch from guest account on loading screen. I can not access my account any more and have lost money. DO NOT PLAY THIS GAME unless you are purely free-to-play and are ok with losing your account and all your progress.

Game is honestly great and i love it. I just hate how i bind my account and all my progress still gets deleted. It literally takes away my motivation to play if i have to start over EVERY SINGLE TIME i log in.

This is pointless over a week of grinding and some money spent all lost even after binding to my apple account now it says I have to start over

Good game but I’m tired of losing my game data. 2nd time I’ve lost my game data after binding. Its ridiculous

I played this game for 5ish hours and I liked it it was fun and it felt fair I also didn’t feel like it was getting boring at all but… I opened the game the next day and my account was gone I was really annoyed and I tried making sure it was the same server and joining since it’s happened before but it was just gone I think it’s most likely because I had a guest account but that’s only because the game wouldn’t let me bind it even after I correctly did it and it said it worked but the game still thought I was in a guest account and I lose it if I could get it back I would play but since I can’t I wouldn’t recommend it since if it happens it just feels pointless too play Edit: I just tried binding my account again before going in cause maybe that’s why but no it didn’t let me because the “account had already been bound” so I can’t even try to get in the account if it did work though when I was playing it would keep saying I’m in a guest account

This is a really fun game. Lots to do if you have time, but not overwhelming if you take your time. The game itself is really good in many areas. However the Login UI continues to cause issue. Why force guest accounts at all. Especially when after I binded 2 accounts I was never able to switch to them and was forced into a new guest account if the game crashed or I loged out of my account. I found out how to message the company through Facebook and then got me a new account to bind which is great and they were very helpful and polite. But STILL after binding the new account and following their instructions the game crashed and I was forced into a guest account that I couldn’t switch from. I tried deleting those guest account but the UI just doesn’t work. I’ve gone through 7 guest accounts trying different ways to have a account bound so my progress remains and as mentioned before talked with the help support via Facebook. Please fix the login/bind/switch UI so I can play the game again.

After binding and closing the app I lost all my progress and I haven’t found a good way to contact support

I bound my apple account and then it made me login with a guest account the next time I opened the game. It won’t let me switch back to my apple account. Don’t spend money on this game they will kick you out of your account and then you won’t be able to get back in. Emailed customer support. No response. Can’t find any other way to get help.
