When you receive e-mail with EVTX file attached, you can "import with EVTX Viewer" and view the log.

Works Perfect

I provide integration services for customers globally. A lot of times when they report issues, it’s outside my normal hours, and they provide EVTX files for troubleshooting info. This app works great, and lets me analyze logs from anywhere. Totally worth the 99 cents. I don’t generally write reviews, but this thing immediately made my life much easier. Thanks for this app!
