Unclear language whether the annual subscriptions are a monthly payment or one yearly payment. It looks like the year subscriptions are way too cheap (if it is yearly payment) compared to the monthly subscription. 0.845€/kWh in HPC… under subscription? How do you expect users to choose that knowing that it is possible to pay 0.79€/kWh directly by IONITY and other subscription free providers? This option has no incentive for the user.
The rendering of the map is slow (even on an iPhone 12 pro) due to the fact that probably it loads all the stations in the database once in the local memory, instead of loading only the local stations in the map portion the user is viewing. Secondly, the system of the internal currency (ladybugs) instead of euros is not a good idea, I prefer using other apps, sorry.
I cannot see the credits being consumed - this ladybug system sucks: it distracts customer about the real cost of the charge. Does it stop charging when credits do end, otherwise why does one need to add credits and not just the credit card details?
I mean it’s a good way to get your customers to spend money in your app but paying by ladybugs per minute is just not a recognized unit in the metric system. Please change that to euro per kWh so everyone can actually understand what they are doing. Thanks. Edit: to be clear the app works perfectly fine and I could start a charging session easily and quickly as intended. The payment process and login is as simple as can be (and much better than with other charging apps!). My complaint is that it’s impossible to know how much it’s going to cost without advanced degrees in maths. I’m buying kWh yet paying in ladybugs. Yes 10€ gives me 1000 ladybugs, that’s fine, but then with ladybugs per minute needing to be transferred to Euro/kWh, that’s just not needed. Loyalty cards principle is perfectly acceptable here. Just find a way that makes me understand what I’m getting and maybe getting a bonus if I commit to a bigger amount credited to my account upfront. Changed rating from 1 to 3 stars to reflect that the app does work. It’s just the payment logic that is too complicated. Hope this helps.
