I tried registering on the app, its not responding once I click PAN/ ADHAR registeration

Wonderful app with great features - really loved its money wallet and its virtual credit card

This is really a worse application i have ever seen, Kyc not done asking to upload money, after uploading they asking for upload documents after uploading no reaponse .. Stucked with 20000 in this account ..

I have transferred money to EWIRE 2 weeks back and balance payment is still not showing and absolutely no response from your side

Amount automatically get deducted and it’s more then 7 days still refund is pending. Worse customer service. 1600 rupees automatically get deducted.

We are trying every time but not able to load money. Every time server error.

Hello, I have been trying to contact the customer care from a very very long time. I have been messaging on the app plus dropping emails but there seem to be no response at all. The customer care number isn’t reachable. I had made 3 transactions on 11th April 2019 on EWIRE. The transaction made through debit card was successful and was reflecting in the account but the transactions that I made through the BHIM UPI were successful but the amount wasn’t reflecting in the account. I even got 2 messages of failed transactions but according to the bank statement, the BHIM UPI app, the bank mails and the reference numbers the transaction was successful at our end but the amount of RS 900 wasn’t reflecting in my EWIRE wallet. I’m sending you all the possible screenshots in the attachment hence proving that the transaction was successful from the BHIM Upi and the money also got deducted from my bank amount but wasn’t reflecting in my wAllet. Please return my money asap or I will have to take strict actions against the app and even post it on all social medias with proofs that this is a fake app and they don’t know what is customer relationship and take your money and don’t return it. Please contact me asap. Either give my money back in the wallet or in my bank account through the same upi it got deducted from. Kindly go through the screenshots of transactions successful

It is more then 2 months and mybissue still not resolved. Getting ‘Un-Authorized User, please contact customer care’ error message after successfully verified mobile number. Please Check and resolve.

Don’t Use Ewire Rupay as they don’t have budget to run the system if anyone makes a successful transaction then also they don’t credit the amount in their wallet!

Fraud company. I added 1000 rs on 20th march , still not added into my account. No response from customer care and trough mail as well.. beaware with this app..
