Talking about the app here not the company. Pls update the app at the very least to accept jobs it should be swipe to accept. Many times u can easily accept jobs by accident!

Having the option to add booked jobs to calendars (google, apple) would be a great feature as it would make life easier maintaining work schedules.

This company is so disgraceful and disrespectful to its own partner drivers and chauffeurs. They never appreciate your hard work and dedication. They are just after an excuse, no matter how far you go to pickup a passenger, if you arrive a minute late, they call and ask you stupid questions. if they don’t like your answer they simply suspend you. They charge customers high fares but put it on bidding pool for a very low and under rated price taking advantage of desperate drivers who have no option but to accept.

I have been using the Excel Driver app for over three years. It is very efficient and intuitive app to operate. It is a dedicated app, unlike the ones most chauffeur firms use, which are standardised and outdated software apps such as Cordic, and Freedom. It constantly receives updates and is much more stable than earlier versions which could crash. This is a review purely based on the app, not about the company or the rates etc. in terms of software, its very impressive, considering many other exec companies don’t have their own apps.

The current update to job pool is poor, it’s great to increase the font but there is too much details to read. In my suggestion Postcodes and price are enough the front page, other details should. E on the next page of you want to know more about the job. Remember we view jobs while on the move sometimes and reading too much info will create safety issue with all the Traffic, traffic lights, cyclists, pedestrians on london roads. Please reduce the information/details on job pool.

PH drivers, don’t drive for @excelexecltd They’re very comfortable wasting your time. Send you to jobs far too early, allow you to continue to cancelled jobs without telling you. They want chauffeur service for mini cab rates. Also don’t know the difference between fare & fair

Fixed price ! Always they cut a few miles!!!! For example 40 trips per week- 40x1 miles (if you’re lucky 🍀) are £100 less Bonuses - 🖕 The support team is so lazy and they got another channel for a good jobs as they separate the jobs between them... Even it if you get a good job they will wind a way to get you out from the order with a stupid reason... The picture on the invoice 🧾 is tragically... Good luck to yours

Always disconnected for no reason,no cached credentials, frozen chat ans so on..

Bugs: 1. The app fails to update location when operating in background mode 2. The app only provides notifications to the Apple Watch when operating in background mode, which is kind of annoying, especially given item 1 above 3. Enormous power consumption and as a result the iPhone runs red hot, which will reduce the phone and battery life expectancy. Ergonomics (in other words the app distracts the driver) 1. The process of confirming a trip is way to complicated; the screens, confirmations and sliders are way too small fiddly, the sliders too small and too close together. Confirmations are not necessary. 2. Job details and text font is way to small to be easily read, even fairly close up. In conclusion there is a lot of work to do on the UI of this app, I could not recommend it at all. Summary: Back to the drawing board.
