A very efficient service and a good and pleasant drive.A very polite driver.

Booked a trip to the town centre , took to long to arrive so I decided to cancel. I didn’t even get a refund for it you'd think that if you get a refund for cancelling a trip that didn’t even start.

If you have your bank details on the app please be aware the company takes money from your card! Thinking you won’t notice! Thiefs!

App works well and easy to use but yellow text on a white background is almost unreadable.

After I booked a woman rung me and moved my pick up location a mile away so driver couldn’t find me! Stupid.

Very good service ,on time and clean cars

Booked a taxi for 8:30 this morning as I had medical appointment for which I had to wait six weeks and for which I took a day off work. I booked the taxi yesterday as I didn’t want to risk it’s being late. I waited outside for ten minutes, rang up to check only to be told it was on its way, waited another ten minutes and was eventually forced to cancel as I’d missed my appointment. If you need to be anywhere on time don’t use this company.
