I use this app for my banking. All my banking. I monitor my accounts, pay bills, transfer funds between accounts, deposit checks, etc. I had issues when it was first rolled out, but they were my issues not the app. I am a bit slow being 71 yrs old, but managed to figure it out using trial and error. HS
Every deposit is rejected due to it not being able to read the check. Never see this with any other bank. So frustrating.

This got to be the worse programming for taking a check photo, automatic or manual. My device, ipad, works fine with two other banks photo deposits but never ever successfully with Exchange Bank.
