If you want to keep track of a website, this is your app. A push notification informs you when a page changes. A percentage controls how sensitive you want the app to be when a page changes. If YOU select 30%, you will be notified if there has been a 30% change since the last time you visited the site. The app does not even have to be active, the monitoring still works.

What else makes the app special?
The website requests are processed externally via a server. So the app is not dependent on the goodwill of your IOS. What does this mean? The Apple IOS organizes the allocation of computing capacity in the background on your iPhone or iPad. Therefore, in this case it makes sense to have an external server do the calculation and check for website changes. If you add a URL to your watchlist, it will be visited at regular intervals. The notification is a push message.
