You say I get 250 relics for opening the game again but now multiple times haven’t received them!

Why do I lose Relics Constantly in Idle Time. Last week i lost 1000 relics And last night I lost +/- 600 relics (or more) I WANT MY +/- 1600 RELICS BACK.
