Expatrio - Study in Germany

So I've been trying to get verified. The first "verification expert" didn't understand how light works and couldn't see the watermark on my passport, even though I told her she needed to turn off the camera's light so I could hold it against the light and make it visible. Next she wasn't able to send the code so she tells me to exit the app and do it again. It is been more than 2 hours and I can't get another person to answer.

Please add basic banking features for tracking spending according to categories like groceries, rent, etc.

If you can't create an app, please just bring back the options on your website. Nothing works on this app, couldn't ipen a blocked account already for teo months and customer support don't answer me or when they do they're just useless. I have all the neccesary documenta ready but can't upload them. Just don't trust this company at all.

Worst experience ever been trying to activate my blocked account for days and no phone code is received although the phone number is correct! Please fix this

I have been trying to activate my account for a week now. Please, How do I provide proof of residence with KVR when I don't have money to pay for an accommodation? I cannot even increase the amount I get as my first payout. I sent a request that I could be I still cannot. Please help. I am getting stranded here with no money but I have so much in my Expatrio.

Its 2024 and i have to get a code sent to my email everytime I try to log in. Face Id is not available!
