Apparently I have 2 point of sales of Expedia (UK/US and Singapore) so that’s why they were not linked. It was under the same email address. Anyway no worries. Just let it be. Can’t blame the app then because it is working fine. No need to respond to this message.
I booked a US domestic flight via a web browser ( Chrome). I paid and got the confirmation itinerary number on my email. But when I logged into the mobile app, It said no bookings were found. Really strange. I tried to input my booking number but it gave a “ no booking found” error.
I couldn’t enter my room bcs the egyptian receptionist is so rude! I want to change the room but he said he doesnt have. He said if u like it u stay if u dont like u can get out! N he doesnt accept my marriage paper as well. Worst staff ever. And expedia customer service when i enter my personal data n my card they rejected. It was written that u couldn’t find my information
To book a hotel from your website is painless quick and easy BUT to modify is HORRIBLE! I can not use your link to Manage my booking as well to contact you on your email. What is going on?? How to contact you then, could you advice me?

Saya Booking Hotel tapi dari nomor Itinerary yang di kirim kan, tidak ada pemesanan di akun saya. Saya menganggap pemesanan saya tidak berhasil. Dari pihak Expedia dan Hotel pun tidak ada jawaban saat saya telfon berkali-kali. Tapi ternyata tetap ada tagihan untuk pembayaran Hotel. Saat saya meminta untuk konfirmasi pembatalan transaksi tersebut, dari pihak Expedia hanya memberitahu bahwa dari pihak Hotel tidak ada refund karena pemesanan yang saya lakukan tidak bisa di refund. Padahal ini kesalahan dari Expedia (Pemesanan saya tidak di temukan di akun saya) yang membuat saya menganggap bahwa pemesanan yang saya lakukan tidak berhasil. Saya harus membayar tagihan 1,5jt untuk kesalahan ini.
Intinya kapok sama apps ini. CS Nya buruk banget. Silahkan coba kalau tdk percaya
