L'application ExtraDoc est une application faisant partie de la flotte mobile Extrabat.
Avec ExtraDoc, vous pouvez :
• Consulter les fichiers de votre bibliothèque et des porte-documents de vos clients
• Prévisualiser* et partager n'importe lequel de ces fichiers
• Prendre directement une photo et l'envoyer sur la bibliothèque ou le porte-document d'un client
• Envoyer en lot des photos, vidéos, PDF, ou autre depuis n'importe quelle application permettant de partager des fichiers
• Créer de nouveaux dossiers
• Modifier ou compléter le nom des fichiers et dossiers, la description ou la visibilité par le client
• Glisser-déposer depuis d'autres applications sur iPad, et depuis iOS 15 sur iPhone
• Accéder directement à la page du client dans myExtrabat
* La prévisualisation de certains fichiers peut nécessiter l'installation d'applications tierces
