More specifically, users have access to the following features:
- Bill Services: Using your device barcode scanner you can now pay your bill with a debit, credit / prepaid card or access all available e-banking platforms. You may also find the nearest points of payment through the interactive map.
- Registered users may login to view all their water meters and proceed pay any outstanding bills.
- Fault Reporting: Easily report a problem using your mobile device by taking a photo and providing location information via the device GPS. You will receive an email notification with the fault details and be able to re-submit the details if required.
- Customer Support: Learn about scheduled works and planned improvements in real time. Find our customer services locations on the map for easy navigation or contact our customer support service who are always willing to help.

Τι νόημα έχει εγκαταστήσεις την εφαρμογή όταν Δεν μπορείς να δεις και να εκτυπώσεις το λογαριασμό σου σε αρχείο pdf , αλλά πρέπει να συνδεθείτε με κωδικούς ΤΑΞΙΣ στον browser όπου και εκεί όταν ζητάτε εκτύπωση του λογαριασμού εκτυπώνεις ότι φαίνεται στην ιστοσελίδα άσχετα στοιχεία.

χάλια μαύρα η εφαρμογή πας να πληρώσεις με κάρτα και δεν ανοίγει καν η ανοίγει και κλείνει

Τα γράμματα είναι πολύ μικρά για οθόνη κινητού. Κανένας σας δεν το σκέφτηκε; Και δεν έχει πουθενά επιλογή εγγραφής χρήστη. Ούτε αποθήκευση κάρτας για μελλοντικές πληρωμές. Πόση προχειρότητα πια;

Δεν μπορεί αυτήν την εφαρμογή να την σχεδίασε επαγγελματίας. Μην την εγκαταστήσετε.

Δεν είναι λειτουργική
Δεν δίνει τη δυνατότητα να δεις σε pdf τους λογαριασμούς σου. Κυρίως τον τρέχοντα για να δεις αν περιέχει και προηγούμενους που έχεις ήδη πληρώσει εκπροθεσμα. Δεν είναι χρηστική!!
Παιδική χαρά
Ελπίζω να μην πληρώσατε να φτιάξουνε αυτή την εφαρμογή. Παιδική χαρά. Ούτε τους λογαριασμούς σας μπορούμε να δούμε ούτε τίποτα. Δεν ξέρουμε την κατανάλωση μας.
