the execution is poor. A speech bot starts speaking the instructions at you, which just sounds like a meme because that’s what people use it for, and it’s unclear from that, as well as the text, what exactly they want you to do.
Like one of the first exercises is something like “lift your hand and look at your thumb”, OK... Then “start mobbing your hand to the left/right and keep looking at the finger without turning your head”. - I mean, what’s “mobbing your hand”, is that supposed to be “moving”?... - Then it says “keep repeating for 40 seconds”. Repeat what?... Put my arm down and then re-start the exercise?...
The English and instructions in general are just bad. If the developer of the app is NOT a native English speaker, then find some help from someone who is or at least understands it better. I see this mistake in all kinds of products. Apps, indie videogames, products from foreign countries, etc.
I’m Dutch, by the way, but it was clear within a few minutes that it’s just not polished.
