Not one to leave a review normally but the ease of use and the delightful shopping experience enforced me to leave one for this app. From searching and browsing to payments the user experience is amazing. Sunglasses variety is unique and diverse, quite pleased with there fast delivery and great customer service.

خدمة سيئة جدا
الخدمة بشكل عام سيئة الطلب متأخر خمسة ايام واتصل ع خدمة العملاء مرات مقفل ومرات محد يرد وفوقها لمن ردو وقلتلهم ابغا تعجيل للشحنة الرد جدا بارد وقال انها بتوصل خلال يومين ! هذا غير انهم ارسلو رسالة بوصول الشحنة للفرع واخر شي امشي مشوار لين اوصل ويقولو ماوصل شي لك ! اسوء تجربة لشراء عدسات واول واخر تعامل
تأخر طلبي جدا لماذا؟
انا طلبت من عندهم مرتين والله وتوبة اطلب من عندهم ثاني انتظرتهم عشرين يوم وماجابولي طلبيتي وسحبو عليا مرة خدمتهم سيئة جدًا مع العملاء ومايردو على الاتصال وقفلو في وجهي كمان كذا مرة ورحت عندهم المحل قالولي احنا مالنا صلاح بالموقع كيف كذا 🤷🏻♀️

اقسم بالله بحياتي ماشفت برنامج فاشل كثره وتعليق لا ينتهي طالبه من اربع ايام ولسا قيد التنفيذ ولا فيه تواصل ولا ادري طلبي تم طلبي لسا ما انشحن ولا اي شي ولا فيه خدمه عملاء كتابه واستفسار حاطين ايميل لخدمة العميل ولا يردون عليه حتى.

طلبت العدسات والمفروض المحلول معاها مجانًا وجاتني العدسات بدون محلول ولمن كلمتهم يقولي جاهم تحديث جديد انو المحلول اشتريه
