Ho speso un sacco di soldi per monitorare un grave problema. Assistenza 24h su 24h assolutamente falso. 7g su 7g falso. Mi hanno promesso mare e monti, invece mi ritrovo con un app vergognosa. Sì sono collegati da remoto, una buffonata! Non hanno risolto nulla anzi… incompetenza totale. L’app su iPhone assolutamete non funziona. Sync con Wi-Fi non funziona e il supporto non riesce a farlo funzionare. Hanno detto che era possibile anche con jailbreak, ma non è vero! Non funziona nemmeno con jailbreak. Keylogger,What’s App, gps track etc, non funziona nulla. Solo collegando telefono con cavo si scaricano 2/3 cose (cronologia-contatti-app) Ho speso 500€ (mi hanno fregato) Dal supporto non mi rispondono.
