Ezy Peazy

We had some bulky furniture ordered from Silverdale that we’ve been stressing over to find a third party to collect and deliver to our door since the shop does not deliver rural. We managed to get a fast and reasonable quote from someone on the Ezy Peazy website. We got lucky with this tradee as they were professional and delivered our furniture to our door promptly! I also like the fact that you can only click on “release payment” after the job has been completed. I hope this has fixed the issues in cancelled jobs or avoiding refunds altogether as seen from previous reviews. I have downloaded the App now for furture needs, since it can reach out to the right people to get the job done.

The platform is good however the moment your case goes into refund the almost non-existent customer support goes to extinction. After several days of chase up you’ll get some push back. Had awful experience getting my money back.

I did 2 jobs today 1 delivery was successfully completed and another job was cancelled by the tradesman. The 2nd payment I made has not bounced back to my card and there are no contact details for the people holding my funds (the ezy peazy business/app). The private messages i had with tradesman are also gone now that the job was cancelled. I am left feeling horrible that I’ve paid for something I haven’t got and also my urgent job to be done today I now do not have the funds for. :( (Also want to add that I needed to edit my profile as several details were wrong but there is no way to do this) After finally “speaking” with them can honestly say worst customer service I have ever had. Foreign man was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Blamed me for picking the wrong tradesman and told me I was a terrible customer (for asking for My money back) lol he said his app ha s no love for customers like me and suspended it. Told me he had refunded it but will take 3-5 Days if not I will be reversing the charge with my bank. This is A very dirty “business man” no stars don’t recommend.
