Whenever camera restart it’s position is out of focus. You need to fix this its should be always remain in it’s position until we change it

Everything is good with this company and it’s product, only problem being whenever I open the app the only problem first u see is the banner offering cloud recording. It’s too irritating, every time need to close it first and then click on other functions, since the app is designed in that manner.

I have 2 cctv cameras installed one outside the house and one in my room i am not able to get alarm notifications from my camera in the room please help i can’t get it fixed
