Hello I am really facing a lot of problems in EP10 camera , the SD card function is not working properly, when I open the SD card option to view files , then it always show loading and I am not able to view videos the videos too come in a very short form , I want it single day video in a single file. Please help . I really want this camera to work properly. KINDLY HELP !!!!!

Developers not designed & tested for apple ipad . Much improvement of app is needed.
This app isn’t working on iPad Pro. It doesn’t even have a login button to start with . How can the developer even forget such a basic thing?
Post update the app which was running just fine since inception has stopped working completely leaving me with an unusable camera & app. Useless
