Every payment channel is not connected
Create an app to ease the payment but the payment gateway is down. Good maintenance keep it up

Very slow, seem like not working same as the website. Cannot proceed to payment.
Too many many step to do payment, just only payment why so so difficult to paid

No dual-language
All MBSJ online is in BM. No English option. Come on MBSJ! Even federal government websites mostly have dual language.

Apa itu ID Pelanggan? Masa nak buat bayaran, di minta taip ID Pelanggan. Tak ada penjelasan. Not user friendly at all.
