Can’t export to other password managers from this
Long time customer to f-secure. Will not recomend this software to anyone. You can’t export passwords to other password managers. Exporting passwords only works to fsk.file that is useless and can only be imported to id-protection. Is this even legal?

Poor quality
Security is all about trust. I’ve lost mine.
Mobile apps works fluently - on desktop not so well
Password apps are playing important role. So they should work after every update! App itself works fluently in iPhone & iPad.+++ On Mac & Pc usage is bit cumbersome time to time. Browser integration doesn’t work always but reason could be the complexity of different websites. You should consider to use Mac’s fingerprint sensor to enter main password. Then the pain point is pricing. As a former KEY user I used to pay 16-25€/year subscription. I can think that 3-4€/month is worth to pay. You added that unnecessary “Monitoring” feature … 60-70€/year is simply far too much.

Whole app crashed
Contacted to support (f-secure) and they claimed that apple update destroyed the login information. This is not correct, login dissappeared with app update (1 week ago) apple has not been updated for a month. Really disaster, trust on F-secure dissappeared totally!!!! Dont use!!!

iPhone 14 Pro ja uusin iOS. Sovellusta aukaistaessa ja FaceID:tä käytettäessä sovellus kaatuu eikä sitä saa auki. Salasanoihin ei pääse käsiksi, joka on oikeastaan aika vakavaa. Sovelluksen sulkeminen taustalla ei auta, eikä puhelimen uudelleen käynnistys. Apua!
I lost all my passwords
There was a bug in iOs version of ID Protection on the 24.03.2023. I deleted and re-installed the app which caused me loosing all my passwords as I cannot access to the app any longer. Note: the master password is not lost. Thank you F-Secure!
