Horrible customer service

I have been trying to get hold of their customer service and after 4 weeks my new device is broken and nobody answering my emails. Not the best customer service...

Onko laitteen tuotekehitys loppunut? Viimeisin päivitys reitittimeen lokakuussa ja sovellukseen 4 kk sitten.

Smooth and nice

Well, it was fairly easy to set up. It’s running eversince (~4 months). Very easy to manage all your devices and get some minor statistics on them. Like threats thatwere blocked and sources etc. No impact on bandwidth. 5ghz wifi seems pretty beefy, I get my full 100 mbit. Since my router and app are going fine w/o noticable problems, I can’t comment about support quality.

Muuten ihan jees appi ja tuote, mutta appia käynnistäessä se aina valittaa, että Sense-reitittimeen ei voi muodostaa yhteyttä. Tämä silloinkin, kun yhteys muutoin toimii. Sikaärsyttävää! Sitten joidenkin sadetanssien ja uudelleenkäynnistysten jälkeen homma toimiikin. Tämä pitäisi korjata.

Sense vinkuu ettei applen tuotteessa ole tätä softaa mutta edelleenkin sen saisi käyttöön vain koko sensen käyttöönoton yhteydessä.

Ei toimi iphonessa. Ei voi liittyä olemassa olevaan verkkoon vaan aina pitää luoda uusi.

iPadilla ei pysty liittymään Sense-verkkoon. Apista ei saa näytön alareunaan näkyviin. Testaamatonta softaa.

Easy to set up and use

If the app looks messed up on first time, just close it and re-open it. Edit: the layout issues were fixed in the lastest update. Thanks! Waiting for multi-SSID/guest network and ability to automatically shut down at given times.
