I've had an ASIC miner disappear from my dashboard three times over five days. Each time I failed to notice it right away and lost over 24 hours of mining credit at 2450Mh/s. I'm not sure why it happens, and support is no help. YMMV

The app insists on Asking to Track App. They are not even respecting the IOS controls to disable App tracking. I have App Tracking turned off for ALL apps, yet each time you open the app you get promoted again. Apple will end up pulling it from the App Store as it it is not following the IOS requirements. What a shame. Way more stats then the website.
This app keeps insisting on tracking you. Even though you deny the app from tracking you, it still prompts you every single time you launch the app. Even if in settings->privacy->tracking-allow apps to request to track is turned off, the app will still I sit and ask if we wanna be tracked. Please fix this!
When I look at my miners on their app they say their offline but they are clearly are working and online. Do not use this company
