Worst Experience
Closing your account will be so much of hassle. Been doing the closure the account via app, not resolved, visited the branch twice but still same issue. What does the bank wanted to? stay forever with them? Been calling customer service however, they can’t fix the problem. This is so much frustrating, this thing needs to be escalated.
