It takes a LONG time to eventually arrive, but if you have extra spending money for yourself and you’re not attached to the exact products or when you get it, it’s actually very fun when it finally arrives and it’s like a random present to lift up your day. And if you look up the products to buy separately, it really is a great value.

The products aren’t the quality you would expect.
Some of them are decent, but I definitely don’t think over all the subscription is worth it. Heaven forbid if you need to contact customer service. They are useless. They say they want to help you but they don’t. Missing items don’t matter to them, they give you the run around and pass you off to the next person. Definitely the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I should have listened to my friend who canceled her membership, but I guess I had to find out for myself.
Confusing
I am a new user and I’ve found the app very confusing and busy. I just want to see what I can order for my box, be able to make changes and see when it will ship. But they have articles and other shopping and a forum?? I went to the shop section and there is an ad at the top to use and open the app, WITHIN THE APP. Seemed very stupid. I haven’t received my first box yet, but so far I’m disappointed with the app and communication and process.

I received a lot of hair products even though i put love makeup and skincare. I put love purses and I received a yoga bag that is nothing like a purse. Oh I also put love earrings and zippo. I code fewer higher priced items and that was not the result.
I have an annual membership. Doesn’t someone review preferences or just throw in available items? Is there some kind of preferred list where people actually their preferences

No point to yearly subscription
I got the yearly subscription not necessarily to save money but because I figured I’d be disappointed if I didn’t manage to get the items I really wanted. Well I got that feeling anyways. In two of my seasonal boxes I got items switched for the specific items that I was actually excited for. Like, I was choosing the items for the boxes the hour it was available and I didn’t get the right ones when it came. Customer service only gives a credit to your fabfitfun(?) account when that happens. The goods are lovely but this seasonal box I’m not even excited for because I’m expecting the same experience. I’m not renewing.
Upgrade requests
Hey app developers…any chance we could get a daily deals filter in the app like the filter on the website version? Also, would be great if we could click on a image and have it open/pop up and then be able to zoom in to see detail without having to hold our fingers on the image to keep it zoomed in?

Disappointing
The app is buggy and inconsistent. This is not surprising after learning what kind of person the CEO is. Before subscribing, look up the CEO’s public comments and keep in mind they frequently charge subscribers for items they did not purchase.
They literally did a promo on Twitter with a cuss word promo code
FabFitFun thought it’d be a brilliant idea to make a legit promo code of: GOFU**YOURSELF - except it was the whole F word. And you know what? The promo code actually worked. Don’t believe me? Check out the Reddit forums.
Before all this happened, FFF had poor quality products and overinflated prices. 90% of the time you can find any items in their sales on Amazon or other retailers for lower prices.
They used to be a good company, now they’re scammers.
