Please keep supporting Facebook Portal. Our family depends on this product daily and my mother enjoys seeing the photos rotate and refresh. When she struggles to use her phone, Facebook Portal is always there and even her staff love using it to call family members daily. The automatic camera tracking works great and the speaker/mic are always reliable. Make a new model and we will buy multiple. Thank you all for the great work with this product!!

I’m really disappointed that I will no longer get photos on my Facebook Portal device. Please don’t discontinue this very important service on Facebook Portal device!

My portal used to rotate through hundreds of pictures. Now it is in a loop of about 20 for no apparent reason.

This is the greatest. We have pictures all day. I can talk n see my family n friends. My daughter n I love doing crafts together… her in Texas n me in Tennessee

Getting too hard to use. Mine will only display a few photos at a time even if I upload a hundred

I have the Facebook Portal App but when I try to open it, it just goes back to app store which then prompts me with "open". An endless frustrating cycle.

I love everything about it. I bought one for my mom too .Use it almost every day to video chat with her in Europe. I love how it follows the person as she moves around, it focuses on her. Another great feature is the showing of pictures. I uploaded more than 150 pictures and my family in my house and my mother in Europe can enjoy them at the same time. I think this device deserves a better recognition.
