Only done the exercise's 3 times but i feel pretty awake and tingly when im done. Cant wait to see the physical progresd

I haven’t used it for every long. But, I love the videos with the camera at the same time. I also enjoy the tracking. My face feels worked it after as well! So far I’m really enjoying it!!

As a Personal Trainer for 32 years, I like that this is a natural approach to restoring wrinkles and saggy skin on the face. It just makes sense, we all know that exercising the muscles in the body makes them tone, sculpted, and strong. Plus exercise tightens our skin. So why would the muscles and the skin on the face be any different. Looking forward to being committed to this plan and seeing my results. I will post pictures 🎈LP

Face yoga
I was using a differnt face yoga app before this one. This one gives more exercises for longer periods and gives you the option to take a picture to track your progress. Good stuff
So far its amazing !
Day 2… and how can I leave a review? It is quite simply the best downloadable app I have used For any kind of fitness- health- wellness(if there is an etc, then etc etc ). Why? Primarily because it is PACKED with useful information and lessons (facial yoga workouts) that are accessible on DAY ONE and has very user friendly tools to execute any daily session as well as just pop in “anytime anywhere” if you want to learn/do something new/different.
