The App is actually quite good but unfortunately it seems impossible to cancel your subscription if you choose to. I have contacted Facetune on several occasions to cancel my account and have continued attempts to bill my account stopped, but they have not responded and continue to attempt to debit my account. I would be most appreciative is someone could look into this and get back to me asap.
I didn’t subscribe to this app and have been charged $25 for a VIP subscription. Do not download or it will take your money even without you having opened the app!!!
The new payment plans are ridiculous when other apps offer better payment option, like $15 for a week or $100 for a year is out of touch. Even after consideration when it’s just jumped from $15 per month to $60 per month for features that are not worth the price tag.
Used FaceTune for years now, started off free, paid for the full version, the other version of the app was $9.99 once off fee which I also paid (was a few years ago now). Was paying $14.99 to use this app monthly recently but now I’ve just realised it’s gone to weekly. So frustrating when for most photos the one tool you want to use is locked. Loved this app but can’t justify paying for the full version anymore. The free features are good and still useful, wish there were more/cheaper subscription offers..

Do not download this app. I created a subscription via their web portal rather than through Apple subscriptions, and it was really hard to find and cancel. I tried to contact them, but all I got were emails from bots and no real people. There was no way to figure out what was going on and why I was getting charged for a subscription I couldn’t find anywhere. Terrible customer service and impossible to manage subscriptions!
money hungry, long gone are the days of just buying an app, i ain’t paying a subscription.
I have never signed up for this, I downloaded and deleted the app. I don’t even have this app in my phone anymore and I have been charged $17.00 Aus dollars. I have sent the support an email whose never got back to me. I would like to get my money back!!
Signed up for the one week trial, went to cancel before the week was up and it wouldn’t let me, was charged $150!!! Apple refuses to refund me even after deleting the app entirely. Total scam and I really cannot afford this!! I will be disputing this with my bank as this is a scammer app!
